TMA has standing committees for Membership, Community Service, Promotions, Sports Marketing, and T.E.A.M.S. Appropriate officers serve as committee chairpersons and recommend a minimum of five committee members to the officers for appointment each semester. If you are interested in a leadership opportunity through one of our committees, please contact the appropriate chairperson for more information.

Community Service - Chair:
This committee plans and coordinates volunteer and community service activities on campus and throughout the Lubbock community.

Promotions - Chair:
The Promotions committee recruits members for and promotes the events of TMA to the membership, the College of Business Administration, and Texas Tech University.

Sports Marketing - Chair:
The Sports Marketing committee organizes teams of TMA members for intramural sports, encourages attendance of TMA members at Texas Tech University sporting events, and plans and implements one sporting event per semester for TMA members.

Outreach - Chair:
This committee promotes both the Marketing Department and the Rawls COBA to Lubbock area high school students. Commitee members accomplish this task by visiting local high school campuses giving presentations geared toward encouraging the pursuit of a college education at TTU. Outreach commitee members visit two local high schools and host one school on Tech's campus each semester.
